It's a black 1938 Rolls-Royce Wraith with a vanity license plate NOS4A2, and I watched it run down Maggie on its own.
Vic to Tabitha

Charlie's 1938 Rolls-Royce Wraith was a classic 1938 Rolls-Royce Wraith and Charlie Manx' Knife, which he used to access Christmasland. However, after following Vic McQueen onto the Shorter Way and falling into a pit of white static, Manx was killed and both he and the wrecked Wraith washed up in Haverhill a month later. Manx's body was cremated and the Wraith was crushed in a junkyard to ensure his permanent demise.

Background[]

Manx originally purchased the Wraith for $3,000, many years ago, prior to discovering that he was a Strong Creative. According to the salesmen, someone died inside the Wraith. He and the Wraith have both a physical and mental connection spanning over several decades. He can feel the Wraith's pain, whether it be the case of Craig Harrison puncturing the gas tank and causing Manx's nose to bleed, or Vic McQueen setting the Wraith on fire and causing him to shrivel up and burn.

Additionally, the Wraith is capable of driving itself and there appears to be a force field separating the front seat from the back, preventing the passenger from escaping. Manx first discovered this connection when his wife, Cassie, tried to leave with their daughter, Millie. Manx offered to give her a ride to her sister's house. It was during the ride that Manx's eyes filled with white static, as Millie transformed into a vampire and ripped the skin from her mother's flesh, empowering Manx. He would then go on to see Christmasland for the very first time, realizing then and there his true potential. However, with every gift comes a weakness. Manx is required to drive children to Christmasland in his Wraith in order to maintain his youth and immortality. Without it, he ages rapidly.
