Olafur Darri Olafsson is an American-born Icelandic actor. He portrays Bing Partridge on AMC's NOS4A2.
Biography
Olafsson was born on March 13, 1973, in Connecticut. However, when he was four years old, he and his family returned to Iceland. In 1998, Ólafsson graduated from The Icelandic Drama School. He later began working on numerous productions with the National Theatre of Iceland and City Theatre of Reykjavik, along with several independent theatre groups. From there, he helped found the Vesturport Theatre in Reykjavik.
Olafsson began his acting career in film and television in 1997, appearing in projects such as 101 Reykjavík, Reykjavik-Rotterdam, Quarry, and Emerald City. He is perhaps best known for his role as Andri in Trapped (Icelandic: Ófærð).
